Processing & Shipping
Order Processing :
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. (If you didn't receive any email, please check your Spam folder)

Order Shipping :
Once your order has shipped and you have received your tracking number, shipping time is 4 to 6 business days.

Note : Please allow 3-4 days more for the delivery of the product because often they might get struck or lost during the shipping.If you haven’t received it by then please Email us at support@topdattion.com and your query will be our top priority and we’ll resolve it within 24hrs.

If you have not received the item within the time period mentioned above, you have the right to request a new package. You also have the right to ask for a full refund. However, please note that before we issue a refund, we might ask you to contact the local post office and communicate with them.

In many cases, the post office marks the order as delivered (because they delivered it to a location you might not be aware of). There are also instances of the post office incorrectly marking an order as delivered.



Shipping Rates
We offer Free shipping on most items to all buyers in US. Currently we do not offer international shipping

Expedited Shipping : Some products have an option for expedited shipping the shipping cost set by the shipping carrier will be passed down to the customer.

NOTE : We also do not ship to any of the Minor Outlying Islands in USA.



How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@topdattion.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.



Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@topdattion.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
